I would like to introduce myself as an enterprising, result-driven project management professional with over 27 years of rich hands-on experience in the design & and build phases of diverse projects in the Middle East.
Since August 1996 I have been working with Orascom Hotels and Development in Egypt. I have been associated with a wide range of projects including design, interior design, landscaping & and construction of hotels & and spas, villas, apartments, staff housing, and associated infrastructure in Egypt, Oman, Jordan & and Morocco. I have also worked as a member of the team involved in the city planning of El Gouna & Taba resorts including 5-star hotels, villas, apartments, an airport, a hospital, a marina, golf courses, sporting clubs, staff housing, roads & and landscaping. I have a proven track record of effective planning, resource mobilization & and utilization, value engineering & and cost reduction, stakeholder relations, and team management enabling delivery of consistent excellence in performance in terms of delivery, cost & and quality of assigned projects.
Since October 2016 until now I have been working as a Projects Management Director in charge of all ongoing projects in Egypt. Earlier I held positions of Development Director of Architectural, Structural Design & Distensions Planning, Director of Interior Design & Distensions Planning, and Director/Manager of the Architectural & Site Planning Department.
