Job Responsibilities
? Logistics & Warehouse (Import / Export & Inventory Controller, Customs Online Portal )
? E-Commerce Operations Amazon /Noon (Vendor Central & Carrier Central)
? Handling Inbound, Outbound and Free Zone transfer and transit shipments and preparing require documents such as commercial invoice, certificate of origin, packing lists, etc. and customs formalities are met. ? Closely coordinating with freight forwarding companies and courier companies for the shipment follow up. Providing pre alert for the import shipments with clear HS code and country of origin details to the customs brokers to pass BOE. Booking Import & Export shipment insurance ? Applying proper incoterms in logistics import and export shipments. ? Maintaining good relationship with freight forwarders and do good negotiate with them to get best freight rates. ? Closely working with our sales team to provide shipping quotation and shipment information. ? Managing warehouse team and planning for local shipment deliveries and return shipment collections in a day-to-day operation.
Having good knowledge in overall GCC Air / Road / Sea shipments process and procedures. ? Having good work experience in Customs Trade Portal such as passing BOE, Exit/Entry certificate & Local gate pass. ? Maintaining the Declaration ledger and timely manner submitting to customs. ? Maintaining incoming and outgoing shipments BOE ledgers.
? Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
? Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for shipment
? E-Commerce Logistics & Operations Amazon /Noon ? Accepting and executing Amazon PO’s through amazon vendor & carrier central portal. ? Planning and executing daily basis delivery to Amazon and Noon. ? Responsible for products barcodes to be updated in online portal and linking the products with correct ASINs. ? Generating ASN / STN in Noon seller portal and delivering stocks to Noon. Taking responsible to stocks get inbounded Noon in time mannerly and updating barcodes for necessities. ? Responsible to collect RTV’s from Amazon and Noon.
