DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Controlling, monitoring and extraction reports for the status and parameter of 11Kv, 6.6Kv & .415Kv switch gear through SCADA software (Schneider VIJEO CITECT 730).
Performing periodically testing including semi-annual and annual maintenance activities for RTUs, PLCs, SCADA, DDC and BMS.
Manage the activities of subcontractor for installation and commissioning of SCADA and PLC project.
Supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities of HVAC, AHU’s, and Chillers automation panels, Building management system, Access Control system for central utility plant 3.
Responsible to request permit to work, CR (Change Request) and required approvals.
Assist HIA IT to Implement system audit policy & security policy.
Supervision of Calibration activities, Functional Checking and Troubleshooting of Field Instruments like Actuator control valves and Transmitter of Pressure, Temperature, Level & Flow (Siemens, Centork) with testing device like multimeter and process calibrator etc.
Ensure strict implementation of Site Safety Procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise the execution of jobs of installation of instruments; instrument supports installation, stanchion installation, Loop Checking etc.
Installation of cable/tube tray, cable laying, continuity testing of power, instrument signal and control cable before and after of cable laying.
Lead a Pre commission team whenever required in various projects for measuring and testing instruments such as Multi Meter and Loop Calibration etc. Installation of Earth Boss.
Reviewing construction drawings such as Hook up drawing, Cable/Tube Tray layout, Instrument and JB Location diagram, P&ID etc
Coordinate with QC Inspection team during the job execution
Preparation of daily progress reports.
Ensure strict implementation of Site Safety Procedures.
