Performing Pre-test punch listing and reinstatement of piping, Witnessing Hydro test, Pneumatic test, service test, Final Walkthrough (PMCC /MCC) etc.
Provide quality management support to PMT (Project Management Team) when meeting with the contractor and assist in enforcing and interpreting Company standards and specifications
Responsible for Maintaining, discerning and constructive relations with the sub-contractors and to serve as link with Engineering, Project units, the Inspector being one of the most present representatives of Aramco to the contractor.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the PQL, Field QA/QC Supervisor,
Compliance with the site’s health and safety regulations.
Investigates complaints involving violations of the mechanical code or illegal mechanical practices.
Daily monitoring of QMIS. Attending & Closing RFI on daily basis.
Providing Pro Active Notification to the Contractor through PMT thro’ QMIS Platform.
Initiating Log Book Entries such as Standard Violations during all stages of Inspection activities, also follow up with the contractor for the proper Corrective and preventive action on Timely manner to Close out the LBE.
Review all special Process procedures as mandated by the Project Schedule Q and ITP.
Also ensure all relevant documents submitted by the contractor in EPM are responded on time.
