Employed as Scaffold Supervisor on various Renewable Energy and Oil + Gas projects Offshore Denmark & Netherlands.
Overseeing a team of up to 20 scaffolders ensuring all procedures and safety regulations are adhered too
Conducting daily planning meetings / shift briefings and allocating work accordingly
Planning and Design of scaffold requirements for all project work and vessel maintenance
