Managing data mining and report generation projects for various business units within the organization as well as designing and executing appropriate ECM change management strategies to support a wide variety of business initiatives or goals
Overseeing and monitoring ECM budgets and vendor management as well as performing ECM based resource management and risk assessment functions as required
Researching and facilitating the development of new ECM approaches and techniques for successful implementation as required as well as monitoring auditing, troubleshooting and updating functions for ECM software, systems or products
Uploading content and documents in ECM systems and ensuring their compliance with applicable quality and approval standards as well as solving complex ECM issues and making modification recommendations as per user change requests or project goals
Supporting document or data integrations, migrations, and delivery using ECM tools as well as planning, developing, patching, and upgrading content server system implementations as required
Developing, maintaining, and ensuring adherence to ECM procedures, policies, or standards for continuous process improvement as well as mentoring and providing training to junior architects and specialists on the latest technology trends and platforms
