Project brief:
Replacement of the existing forced draft UNIFLUX Heaters in the three LPG trains with New Vertical, Natural Draft Heaters along with auxiliaries. In addition, installation of New Gas-Gas Preheater upstream of new Fired Heater to preheat the regeneration gas with the gas/liquid dryer outlet gas.
Duties during implementation stage:
• Reviewing all documentation including Contractor’s incoming letters, site instruction books, and Subcontractor documents.
• Prepare draft for management requests/feedback for contractual related aspects between KNPC and contractor.
• Drafting General and Contractual correspondence.
• Maintain a database of all correspondences between Company and Contractor and advise the Project Director on the consequence.
• Develop Change Control Management (CCM) on brownfield location Projects.
• Develop strategic plans for management of significant changes in cost and time schedules or variations.
• Hold primary responsibility from Company and liaise directly with Main Contractor.

Responsibility and accountability for delivery of proposals for Oil & Gas /Infrastructure projects across the Middle East & Africa.
• Receive the ITB and act in line with client procedures.
• Prepare documentations for GO/NOGO approvals. Follow up with the personnel involved until a final decision is made on the GO/NOGO scenario.
• Analyze/study ITB documents.
• Assemble the proposals team in conjunction with the heads of departments and lead the proposal team.

• Manages proposal strategies with Proposal Management and joint venture partners as applicable.
• Prepare estimate basis and assumption documentation with listed inclusions and exclusions.
• Fully understands the needs of the customer.
• Review design or Request for Proposal (RFP)/Invitation to Bid (ITB) scope criteria and quantities for completeness and reasonableness, and coordinates with the project to develop additional estimating basis when information is incomplete. Suggests alternatives when appropriate.
