· Performing the following tasks in the role of MIS officer for the entire group comprising of 42 companies and reporting to the group CFO:

· Preparation of group monthly profitability, total liability, debtors, inventory and creditors report by coordinating with the respective accountants, within the specified time frame.

· Catering to various requirements of the bank in relation to facility renewals and loan procurement.

· Preparation of projected profitability and balance sheet.

· Verifying the draft financials of individual companies of the group prior to sign off by audit partner, preparation of management representation letters, letter of support and coordinating with the audit staff employed in various companies to have the signed financials issued at the earliest.

· Verifying the annual budgets of the group in order to ensure whether the figures and ratios presented are free from errors and the computations are uniform across the group.

• Implementation of IFRS 9 across the group:

? Imparted the knowledge and application of IFRS 9 across the group via presentations and meetings, after clarifying the concepts with the external subject experts.

• Implementation of IFRS 15 & IFRS 16 across the group:

? Was part of the initial impact assessment performed for the entire group and IFRS 16 accounting software selection process.

• Statutory Audit of the group:

? Coordinating between the auditors and senior management of the group for fixing the audit and stock count timelines and communicating the same with the group.
