1. Develop quality management plan utilize the BP’s QMS framework for the integrated project management team between BP and EPCM Contractor
2. Assist the project manager, engineering manager, construction manager, project control manager, and PSCM Lead in relay on requirement of QMS ISO 9001:2015, to be implemented in all project stage
3. Run internal quality audit regularly on the 30% 60% and 90% of progress engineering. Internal audit during project execution phase at the Sub contractors site
4. Lead the investigation or root cause analysis on the major quality finding at site
5. Lead a review and approval cycle process of the Technical queries & Deviation request raised by Contractors and Vendors
6. Maintain monthly quality report consist the information of quality observation and nonconformity update, deviation request update, KPI / Quality Index, Lesson Learned, Risk and Opportunity
7. Maintain the relationship and conduct cross-functional collaboration with BP Global RTE, BP Global Quality Advisor, and Asia pacific equipment category team, in order to earn the advice and instruction related to quality issues on the project
8. Provide QA/QC inputs “quality requirements” to the engineering deliverables and procurement technical bid evaluation prior purchase order
9. Contributes to P&ID review, HAZOP/LOPA, 3D model review, constructability review, PHSSER, project schedule review
10. Lead face-to-face and remote pre-inspection meeting with Vendors before first-cut
11. Conduct the remote surveillance to the following critical long lead items: Titanium cladding Oxidation Reactor, Titanium Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger, Steam Turbine Condenser, Stainless Steel Pressure Vessels, and Titanium Prefabricated Pipes
12. Liaise the quality issues on the project which need advice from Plant operation and maintenance team
13. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Contractor’s quality performance
14. Endorse the LEAN concept and implement the Continuous Improvement technique to the integrated project management team
15. Lead the quality control of pre-commissioning stage
16. Verifying the completion of Pre-commissioning test package for Pre-Start Up Review
17. Review Vendor and Contractor Data Book
