Oversees all aspects of the project activities and process, working closely with engineers and contract architect to develop the plan, establish timetables, determine the labor & material cost. Establish a timeline for the project completion on time and not exceeds the project budget within the scope. Hire and manage the subcontractors & rental Equipment management on necessity. The necessary permits gathering is also included .
The responsibilities includes the overall planning of the projects, resource allocation & distribution, time management features the realistic time duration for the each project activities, creating bench marks which is very crucial in the assessment of project progress , managing the budget includes the consistently check the financial aspects.
Risk management have both internal such as unrealistic scheduling commitment and poor planning practices & external such as unforeseen regulatory requirements and natural disasters etc.,
