Mechanical Design Engineer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems from concept to detailed design.
• Prepare drawings, reports, and calculations in line with CIBSE, ASHRAE, NFPA, and local authority standards.
• Develop and update Mechanical BIM models and support coordination and clash detection.
• Assist with authority submissions, shop drawing reviews, and contractor RFIs.
• Support construction phase activities to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Follow company quality standards and maintain accurate project documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• For the Junior : 2–4 years of experience in mechanical design within a consultancy environment.
• For the Intermediate: 6–9 years of experience in mechanical design within a consultancy environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
