Core Competencies:
• Direct the complete human resources department, optimizing internal workflows and operational processes.
• Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for development and construction teams.
• Ensure full organizational adherence to UAE Labour Law, internal regulations, and statutory compliance frameworks.
• Manage complex employee relations, mediate grievances, and administer performance management programs.
• Partner with executive management on workforce planning, structural scaling, and organizational development.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with mandatory operational exposure in both the real estate development and construction industries.
• Technical Proficiencies: Comprehensive command of UAE Labour Law, HR software systems, talent sourcing channels, compensation benchmarking, and personnel administration.
