🌟 Requirements and Qualifications
◾ Bachelor's degree in food science, quality, or a related discipline.
◾ A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the field of quality and food safety.
◾ Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred.
◾ Experience in implementing and managing quality and food safety systems according to the following standards:
▫️ ISO 22000
▫️ FSSC 22000
▫️ HACCP
▫️ GMP
◾ Familiarity with the requirements of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) and the relevant laws and regulations
◾ Experience in leading work teams and supervising quality and safety activities.
◾ Strong skills in risk assessment, problem analysis, and identifying corrective and preventive actions.
◾ Ability to prepare technical reports and develop operational policies and procedures.
◾ Possess outstanding leadership, analytical and organizational skills.
◾ Good English language proficiency.
