🌟 Requirements & Qualifications:
◾ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
◾ 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction and general contracting, preferably including project management responsibilities.
â—¾ Proven experience managing construction projects from initiation through completion and handover.
â—¾ Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
â—¾ Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
â—¾ Solid understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, subcontractor management, and project documentation.
â—¾ Ability to manage project resources, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
â—¾ Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction regulations, building codes, and occupational health and safety requirements.
â—¾ Strong financial awareness, including project cost estimation, budget monitoring, and profitability management.
â—¾ Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
â—¾ Strong analytical thinking, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.
â—¾ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within established timelines and budgets.
â—¾ Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are considered an advantage.
â—¾ Previous experience in the Saudi Arabian construction market is highly desirable.
