🌟 Requirements and Qualifications:
â—¾ Bachelor's degree in accounting.
â—¾ A minimum of one year of work experience in the field of accounting.
â—¾ Familiarity with day-to-day accounting entries and general account management.
â—¾ Experience in managing the fund, cash trust, and following up on financial operations.
â—¾ Ability to set up bank reconciliations and customer and supplier account reconciliations.
â—¾ Knowledge of sales invoicing procedures and procurement invoice review.
â—¾ Familiarity with the management of receivables and payables and the follow-up of collections and receivables.
â—¾ Knowledge of VAT requirements and preparation of tax returns.
â—¾ Ability to prepare receipts and disbursement bonds and contribute to the monthly closing procedures.
â—¾ Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel software, preferably experience in the Odoo accounting system.
â—¾ Good level of English.
â—¾ Accuracy in work and ability to organize financial records and documents.
â—¾ Good communication skills, organization and time management.
â—¾ The applicant must be a resident of Jeddah.
