Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer)
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender pricing
• Prepare and evaluate progress payment applications, variations, and final accounts
• Review subcontractor quotations and verify completed work quantities
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Support project cost control and ensure accurate quantity measurements
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain accurate project documentation
• Assist with contract administration and commercial reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of project-related cost reports
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of Quantity Surveying experience in the UAE or GCC
• Experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tender pricing
• Ability to prepare and assess payment applications, variations, and final accounts
• Experience reviewing subcontractor quotations and completed work quantities
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
