Key responsibilities:
• Onboarding and government formalities: medicals, visa stamping, Emirates ID, induction, PPE/uniform
• Accommodation and staff welfare: camp check-in/out, inspections, grievance handling
• Attendance tracking: timesheets, duty rosters, movement logs, and productivity monitoring
• Site communications: daily Tool Box Talks, notices, and engagement sessions
• Offboarding and leave management: exit clearances and documentation
• HR reporting and compliance with company procedures
