Qualifications, Certifications & Experience (Mandatory & Preferred):

• Skilled with 4-6 years of barista or food & beverage experience (preferably in hospitality or customer service roles)
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and barista tools
• Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages a plus)

Technical Skills:

• Coffee machine operation
• Beverage preparation (espresso-based drinks)
• Hygiene and safety practices
• Basic inventory handling
• Customer interaction etiquette
