🌟 Qualifications & Requirements
â—¾ Minimum 2 years of practical experience in Human Resources, particularly HR operations and personnel administration.
◾ A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
â—¾ Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law, employment contracts, HR policies, and personnel procedures.
â—¾ Hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, employee onboarding, and offboarding processes.
â—¾ Knowledge of employee records management, personnel documentation, and HR database maintenance.
â—¾ Experience in attendance monitoring, leave administration, and employee absence management.
â—¾ Familiarity with payroll preparation, salary adjustments, overtime calculations, and employee benefits administration.
â—¾ Working knowledge of Saudi government HR platforms, particularly Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem, as applicable.
â—¾ Understanding of employment contract documentation, renewals, employee transfers, and termination procedures.
â—¾ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with HR management systems (HRMS).
â—¾ Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
â—¾ Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage priorities, and ensure accurate HR documentation.
