Telecom Engineer
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
• 6–12 years of experience in telecommunications engineering for onshore oil & gas projects.
• Proven experience in FEED and Detailed Engineering / Detail Design phases.
• Strong knowledge of industrial telecom systems including CCTV, PAGA, Access Control, Radio Systems, Fiber Optic Networks, LAN/WAN, and Structured Cabling.
• Familiarity with international standards and codes such as IEC, ITU, TIA/EIA, NFPA, and relevant oil & gas industry specifications.
• Experience in preparing telecom system specifications, technical requisitions, and vendor document reviews.
• Previous experience with EPC contractors or engineering consultancies is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of telecom network design, system integration, and communication infrastructure for industrial facilities.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and technical reporting skills.
