š Qualifications and Requirements:
ā¾ Diploma in Building Mechanics Business or a related discipline.
ā¾ At least 5 years of experience in supervising mechanical works within large construction projects, preferably with a consulting firm.
ā¾ Training or additional qualifications in mechanical engineering or construction technology are a plus.
ā¾ It is preferable to have a professional certificate in the field of inspection.
ā¾ Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems and associated materials and installation methods.
ā¾ Experience in supervising the testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
ā¾ Ability to carry out required inspections for all mechanical services.
ā¾ Ability to review Shop Drawings and make technical recommendations.
ā¾ Strong knowledge of codes, specifications, and applicable inspection procedures.
