Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Communicate with clients and candidates to understand requirements and provide support.
• Generate leads and develop business relationships.
• Handle outbound calls and maintain client interactions.
• Support recruitment and business development activities to achieve targets.
Requirements :
• 1–2 years in sales, recruitment, customer service, or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence with outbound calling and client interactions.
• Proactive, target-oriented approach.
• Recruitment/manpower industry experience is an advantage.
• Dubai-based candidates are preferred.
