Job Vacancy: Project Engineer (High-Rise Building Projects)
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our team and lead construction activities for high-rise building projects.
Requirements
• 8+ years of relevant experience in construction.
• Proven experience in high-rise building projects.
• Strong experience in sub-structure works, including foundations, basements, shoring, and related works.
• UAE construction experience is mandatory.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Must have successfully completed at least 2 projects from A–Z, from mobilization and sub-structure through to completion and handover.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project coordination, and site execution.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and HSE standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate construction activities from sub-structure through project completion and handover.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and site activities.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Prepare and review project reports and coordinate with the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
