Cost Accountant – F&B
Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage cost-accounting and cost-control activities within the F&B environment.
• Perform food costing, inventory control, and stock valuation with attention to operational accuracy.
• Prepare and analyse cost reports for management review and financial planning.
• Support budgeting and conduct detailed variance analysis to identify cost movements.
• Monitor profitability and identify cost-related variances and trends.
• Provide management with accurate financial insights and support effective financial controls across F&B operations.
Requirements :
• CA, ACCA, or CMA qualification is mandatory; four to five years of relevant UAE F&B experience; strong hands-on cost-accounting and cost-control experience; food costing, inventory control, and stock valuation experience; strong budgeting, variance-analysis, and profitability-analysis knowledge; experience preparing cost reports; understanding of F&B operations and financial controls; and strong analytical and financial-reporting skills.
