Requirements :
• Valid UAE nursing license (DoH/DHA/MOH)
• 5-9 years of nursing experience
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar Clinical Resource Nurse Specialist role
• Strong clinical expertise in OT and/or ED
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and clinical support skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
