With over 34 years of experience, the company manages more than 1,000 owners’ associations across residential, commercial, mixed use, and community titled developments. Stratum provides full-service strata and community title management—including setting up associations, levy collection, regulatory compliance, building maintenance coordination, and legal support.
Requirements:
– Valid M100 Certification – Mandatory
– Proven experience in Property Management
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Good knowledge of UAE property management regulations
– Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently
– Strong coordination skills with property owners, tenants, contractors, and service providers
– Excellent presentation and relationship-management abilities
