Preferred: Experienced Storekeeper
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Supervisor to join our team in the UAE. Candidates with solid experience as a Storekeeper and knowledge of warehouse/store operations are highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily store and warehouse operations
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials
Issue materials to the factory, site, and other departments
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
Monitor material movement and prepare stock reports
Conduct regular stock counting and inventory checks
Organize and maintain proper storage of materials
Coordinate with Procurement and other departments regarding material requirements
Ensure proper documentation of receiving and issuing materials
Monitor damaged, missing, or excess materials and report accordingly
Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store
Perform other duties assigned by Management
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Storekeeper is highly preferred
Experience in a Store Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor position is an advantage
Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to prepare basic inventory and stock reports
Computer skills, particularly MS Excel, are an advantage
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
UAE experience is preferred
