Job Location : UAE
Qualifications & Experience :
• ITI / Diploma in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification
• Total Experience: 5–8 years
• UAE Experience: Minimum 5 years
• Relevant experience in high-rise residential building projects in the UAE is mandatory
Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise and coordinate plumbing works at site as per approved drawings and specifications
• Manage plumbers, helpers, and subcontractor manpower
• Ensure daily work targets are achieved
• Oversee installation of:
• Water supply systems
• Drainage systems
• Sanitary systems
• Related plumbing works
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, civil teams, and other trades
• Help prevent site clashes and project delays
• Monitor workmanship
• Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements
