Qualifications
1. Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in IT sales, with a preference for experience selling Salesforce or similar CRM solutions.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong understanding of the UAE market and business landscape.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. A valid driver’s license and access to a car.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Arabic speaking candidates will be preferred.
2. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
3. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
4. Salesforce certification is a plus.
