Electrical Technician – Protection
Job Location : Qatar
Key Requirements :
• Secondary education with 2 years of formal electrical trade training or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant electrical maintenance and repair experience, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Experience working with electrical protection systems and equipment.
• Hands-on experience with generators, motors, transformers, MCCs, switchgear, UPS and associated electrical equipment.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, testing and commissioning.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and manuals.
• Good knowledge of electrical testing equipment and safe working practices.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in Oil & Gas facilities/stations will be an advantage.
