We are looking for a Draftsman with experience in Interior Fit-Out and Civil Drawings to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing design concepts, space planning, and mood boards.
Create accurate 3D visualizations, renderings, and floor plans.
Support the team with drafting technical drawings and material schedules.
Stay updated on current interior design trends, materials, and digital tools.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in interior fit-out and civil drawings.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Ability to prepare shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
Proficiency in 3ds Max (with V-Ray / Corona) is required.
Preferred: Experience or interest in leveraging AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar visualization tools) to enhance concept development workflows.
Good understanding of drafting tools (AutoCAD/Revit).
Strong eye for detail, proportion, and color aesthetics.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors as required.
Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Procurement, Planning, Production, QA/QC, and Cost Control departments.
