Foreman
Job Location : Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise and lead workers, subcontractors, and site crews during daily construction activities.
• Allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment according to work requirements.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Ensure construction activities are executed according to approved plans and quality standards.
• Monitor daily work progress and report updates to the Site Manager or Engineer.
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Ensure workers follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site regulations.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and promote safe working practices.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Report material shortages, equipment issues, and site challenges.
• Maintain daily records of manpower, work activities, and site conditions.
• Support inspections by consultants, engineers, and quality control teams.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the work area.
Qualifications :
• Diploma or technical qualification in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related construction field.
• Typically 5–10 years of experience as a Foreman in construction projects.
• Experience in supervising construction crews and site activities.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials.
