Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of KG teaching experience
• Recognized teaching qualification such as PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent
• IELTS score of 7 is mandatory
• Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• UAE curriculum experience is an advantage
