QSaudi Aviation Services is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager – Safety, Quality & Compliance to lead the development and management of the company's Safety Management System (SMS), Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Compliance framework.
This is a key leadership position with responsibility for ensuring compliance with GACA regulations, preparing the organization for certification and regulatory oversight, and driving a strong safety culture across all ground handling operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Safety Management System (SMS), Quality Assurance, and Compliance functions.
Develop, maintain, and oversee operational manuals, compliance frameworks, and safety programs.
Ensure compliance with GACA regulations, including GACAR Part 151 and Part 5 requirements.
Manage internal audits, inspections, risk assessments, investigations, and corrective action programs.
Lead emergency response planning and regulatory readiness activities.
Provide independent safety and compliance assurance to senior management.
Support certification, regulatory submissions, audits, and inspections.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 8 years of aviation experience, preferably within airports, airlines, or ground handling operations.
At least 5 years of experience in Safety, Quality, Compliance, or Regulatory Management roles.
Demonstrated experience with Aviation Safety Management Systems (SMS).
Strong auditing, investigation, and regulatory compliance experience.
Working knowledge of GACAR regulations, particularly Part 151 and Part 5.
Excellent English communication and report-writing skills.
