🌟 Qualifications and Requirements
▪️ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
▪️ 2 to 3 years of work experience in payroll processing and management.
▪️ Good knowledge of payroll systems and procedures in Saudi Arabia.
▪️ Good knowledge of the Social Insurance Procedures (GOSI) and the associated contributions and updates.
▪️ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and its use in reviewing and analyzing payroll data.
▪️ Experience using HRIS or ERP Systems.
▪️ High accuracy in reviewing figures, data, entitlements and deductions.
▪️ Fully adhering to the confidentiality of employee data and salaries.
▪️ Proficiency in English.
▪️ Good skills in organization, time management, and deadlines.
🌟 Tasks and Responsibilities
▪️ Implement the monthly salary cycle and ensure that it is processed accurately and on time.
▪️ Review base salary, allowances, bonuses, overtime, deductions, and monthly variables.
▪️ Verify attendance data, vacations, and absences and their impact on salaries.
▪️ Calculating and reviewing GOSI social insurance contributions.
▪️ Review employee data and job changes affecting salaries.
▪️ Prepare and review salary files and transfers and ensure their accuracy before approval.
▪️ Implement salary-related adjustments and adjustments and address differences when they exist.
▪️ Prepare salary, cost, entitlement, and deduction reports for the Department.
▪️ Coordinate with the Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting departments to ensure data accuracy.
▪️ Respond to employee inquiries related to salaries and entitlements confidentially and professionally.
▪️ Maintain payroll records and documents to ensure easy review and auditing.
