▪️ Position: Senior Interior Design Architect
📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
🌟 Qualifications & Experience
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
▪️ Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
▪️ Experience delivering projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly preferred.
▪️ Proven track record managing interior projects through the complete lifecycle: design development, technical documentation, construction, completion, snagging, and handover.
▪️ Strong experience in technically complex and high-end interior environments.
▪️ A strong portfolio of completed projects is required.
🌟 Technical Expertise
Candidates should demonstrate strong practical knowledge in:
▪️ Interior Fit-Out & Finishing Works
▪️ Design Development & Technical Coordination
▪️ IFC and Shop Drawing Review
▪️ FF&E, Materials & Finishes
▪️ Architectural and MEP Coordination
▪️ RFIs, Material Submittals & Mock-ups
▪️ QA/QC and Site Supervision
▪️ Value Engineering
▪️ Snagging, Testing, Completion & Project Handover
▪️ Construction detailing and constructability reviews
▪️ Technical compliance and design-quality management
🌟 Preferred Project Background
Strong experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred:

▪️ Palaces and VIP developments
▪️ High-End Residential Projects
▪️ Premium Commercial Developments
▪️ Mixed-Use Developments
▪️ Complex Interior Fit-Out Projects
🌟 Software & Professional Skills
▪️ Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
▪️ Strong working knowledge of Revit / BIM environments.
▪️ Excellent technical coordination and construction-detailing capabilities.
▪️ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
▪️ Ability to manage multiple technical disciplines and project stakeholders effectively.
