š¹ Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector
ā¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and project managers
ā¢ Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
ā¢ Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
ā¢ Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
ā¢ Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
ā¢ Ensure timely collection of customer payments
š¹ Requirements
ā
2ā5 years of experience in sales & marketing of construction materials / building products
ā
Valid UAE Driving License ā Mandatory
ā
Strong network within the UAE construction industry
ā
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
ā
Self-motivated and target-oriented professional
ā
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage
