š¹ Diploma or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Technology, or an equivalent technical qualification.
š¹ A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the field of valve maintenance and service.
š¹ Hands-on experience in the inspection, dismantling, installation, repair and rehabilitation work of industrial valves.
š¹ Good knowledge of the different types of valves, their operating mechanisms, and their components.
š¹ Ability to diagnose faults, identify damaged or expendable parts, and take appropriate action.
š¹ Experience in the use of tools, instruments, measuring and testing devices for maintenance work.
āŖļø Ability to read and understand drawings, technical specifications, and maintenance instructions.
š¹ Good knowledge of safety procedures related to maintenance work and testing.
š¹ Strong skills in troubleshooting and solving technical problems.
š¹ Ability to work within maintenance teams and in industrial and field sites.
š Tasks and Responsibilities
š¹ Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance works for industrial valves.
š¹ Dismantling, inspecting, cleaning, repairing and reassembling valves according to technical procedures and specifications.
š¹ Diagnosing malfunctions, leaks, and operating problems and identifying their causes.
š¹ Replacement and repair of damaged parts and components as needed.
š¹ Perform the necessary tests after maintenance work to ensure the safety and efficiency of the valve and no leaks.
š¹ Carry out valve service and maintenance works in the workshop or field sites according to the work requirements.
š¹ Ensure that appropriate tools and equipment are used and maintained in good operational condition.
š¹ Documenting the inspection, maintenance, repair and testing work carried out.
š¹ Coordinate with maintenance, engineering and operation teams to efficiently execute the required works.
š¹ Strict adherence to health, safety and quality requirements while executing all technical works.
š¹ Contribute to the analysis of recurring failures and improve the reliability and performance of equipment.
