š¹ Holds a Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health.
š¹ Work experience in the industrial sector or factory environment is preferred.
š¹ Good knowledge of occupational health and safety systems and procedures.
š¹ Ability to carry out inspection tours and identify and assess hazards on work sites.
š¹ Familiarity with the use of PPE, emergency procedures, and firefighting.
š¹ Professional certifications in safety such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOS are preferred.
š¹ Ability to prepare safety reports, document observations, and follow up on corrective actions.
š¹ Good skills in communication, mentoring, and field follow-up.
š¹ Commitment, discipline and ability to work in an industrial environment.
š Tasks and Responsibilities
š¹ Follow up on the implementation of occupational health and safety policies and procedures within the facility.
š¹ Carry out periodic inspection tours on work areas, facilities and equipment.
š¹ Identify hazards and unsafe practices and suggest appropriate preventive measures.
š¹ Conducting and following up risk assessments.
š¹ Ensure that employees adhere to the use of PPE and safe work procedures.
š¹ Following up on the readiness of firefighting and emergency equipment and evacuation exits.
š¹ Record accidents, observations, and violations and prepare related reports.
š¹ Participate in the investigation of accidents, identify their causes, and take the necessary measures to prevent their recurrence.
š¹ Follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive measures until the closure of observations.
š¹ Provide safety awareness and guidance to employees and workers.
š¹ Contributing to the promotion of a culture of safety and the prevention of accidents and injuries within the factory.
