Consultant Neurosurgeon
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Qualifications :
• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Completion of a recognized Residency in Neurosurgery.
• Board Certification or equivalent in Neurosurgery.
• Fellowship training in a subspecialty such as Spine Surgery, Skull Base Surgery, Neuro-Oncology, Functional Neurosurgery, Pediatric Neurosurgery, or Cerebrovascular Surgery is an advantage.
• DHA Eligibility Letter, DHA License, or eligibility for Consultant licensure in Dubai.
Experience :
• Minimum of 8–10 years of post-specialization experience as a Consultant Neurosurgeon.
• Extensive experience performing complex cranial and spinal neurosurgical procedures.
• Experience in tertiary care hospitals or internationally accredited healthcare institutions is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies :
• Advanced expertise in cranial, spinal, and peripheral nerve surgery.
• Strong clinical judgment and complex surgical decision-making abilities.
• Excellent microsurgical and minimally invasive neurosurgical skills.
• Strong leadership and multidisciplinary collaboration capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and continuous professional development.
• High standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient-centered care.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
