HSE Supervisor
🔹 Salary: SAR 14,000 – 15,500 per month
🔹 Experience: Minimum 3 years
🌟 Qualifications
🔹 Specific degree requirements have not been finalized; however, candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Safety are encouraged to apply.
🔹 Candidates with qualifications in other engineering disciplines are also eligible, provided their professional experience or current field of work is related to Safety or HSE.
🔹 Relevant practical experience in workplace safety, inspections, risk assessment, incident prevention, and HSE compliance is preferred.
🔹 Candidates should have good communication, reporting, coordination, and safety-awareness skills.
🌟 Mandatory Certifications
Candidates must hold at least one of the following:
🔹 OSHA Certification
🔹 NEBOSH Certification
🔹 IOSH Certification
🌟 Holding an ISO-related certification will be considered an added advantage.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Monitor and enforce workplace Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
🔹 Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts, conditions, and potential hazards.
🔹 Participate in risk assessments and ensure appropriate preventive and corrective measures are implemented.
🔹 Monitor compliance with approved safety procedures, permits, and Personal Protective Equipment requirements.
🔹 Support incident and near-miss investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
🔹 Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and employee awareness activities.
🔹 Maintain HSE records and prepare periodic safety reports and performance updates.
🔹 Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and management to maintain a safe working environment.
🔹 Support internal and external HSE audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
