๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
1. Bachelorโs Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying with a minimum 13โ15 years of total experience, including 8โ10 years in GCC Oil & Gas EPC/Construction projects in a similar role.
2. Strong experience in civil quantity surveying, cost control, budgeting, estimation and contract administration in EPC Oil and Gas Projects.
3. Expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost analysis, variation orders, claims and final accounts for civil works in EPC Oil and Gas Projects.
4. Proficient in reviewing contracts, specifications, drawings and coordinating with engineering, procurement and construction teams.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
6. Previous QatarEnergy Client Approval as Quantity Surveyor - Civil is highly preferred.
