Purchase Officer
Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to obtain the best possible deals while maintaining quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
• Maintain supplier relationships and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the procurement process.
