As the Procurement Head at SS Lootah Group, you will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities across our group of companies, with a focus on contracting and ready mix concrete production. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient sourcing and acquisition of materials, equipment, and services required for our operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Strategic Procurement Planning:* Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with the goals and objectives of SS Lootah Group.
2. *Supplier Management:* Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure the best value, quality, and reliability for the organization.
3. *Contract Negotiation:* Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
4. *Cost Management:* Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor procurement costs to ensure budget compliance and maximize profitability.
5. *Quality Assurance:* Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that all procured materials and services meet the required standards and specifications.
6. *Risk Management:* Identify and mitigate procurement risks, such as supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and supplier non-performance.
7. *Compliance:* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the procurement process.
8. *Team Leadership:* Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
*Requirements:*
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a procurement or purchasing manager in a group of companies, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of procurement best practices, contract management, and supply chain management principles.
• Solid financial acumen and ability to analyze cost data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Arabic proficiency is a plus.
