Contracts Administrator

Job Location : Jubail

Requirements :

• Only Transferable Iqama Candidates please
• Two years Diploma level qualification in Engineering, from an accredited recognized institution
• At least 6 – 9 years’ experience with knowledge of legal, procurement and contract documentation
• Experience in drafting pre-qualification and tender documents
• Excellent communications skills

Responsibilities :

• Develop contracting & pricing strategies, conduct risk assessment and manage solicitations, pre-qualifications, IFP proposal evaluations & selection process, contract negotiations and preparation of contract award with procurement and Legal.
• Advise on maintenance contract matters, including soliciting input from company's internal/external stakeholders and Legal. Oversee contracts from development, execution to closure.
• Ensures signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties.
• Reviews and manages contract obligations of parties & provides continual review to ensure terms & conditions are met.
• Responds to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations & revisions.
• Perform monitoring of contract compliance.
• Protects from unnecessary contract liabilities, damages and penalties.
• Review defined contract terms (i.e. limitation of liability, indemnity, patent indemnity, warranty, etc.) and revise according consistent with policies & procedures.
• Support department for establishing of revised policies, procedures, templates, contract interpretation & guidance as requested.
• Develops and integrates contract administration tools, templates, methods and processes to enhance delivery of services.
