Project Coordinator
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities:
• Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established business projects, contracts, and those in progress.
• Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all project-related matters.
• Solve any project/contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.
• Create Project updates, briefings, proposals and presentations with high proficiency in MS PowerPoint
• Meet with Stakeholders or business partners to discuss both legal and business matters.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with partners/stakeholders and ensure their needs are met
• Create, prepare, review and edit project plans
• Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to the project
• Track reports and progress of projects using tools such as MS EPM, Jira
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors in IT, Project Management or a similar field.
• 5-8 years of work experience in a similar role is preferred
• Thrives under pressure
• Impeccable attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneous whilst meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder management experience
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner
