Safety Officer
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Monitor daily site activities for compliance with safety regulations and company HSE procedures.
• Implement safety controls and promote safe working practices across construction sites.
• Conduct inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare safety reports and maintain complete HSE documentation.
• Ensure workers understand and follow site-specific safety requirements.
• Support safety-awareness activities and communicate good HSE practices to site teams.
Requirements and Skills :
• At least five years of UAE construction-industry experience as a Safety Officer.
• Strong building-construction experience is mandatory.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or another relevant safety certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety practices.
• Excellent observation, communication, reporting, and enforcement skills.
• Must currently be available in the UAE; immediate joiners are preferred.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, hazard identification, and HSE compliance is essential.
