Logistics Specialist
Job Location : Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities :
• Coordinate movement of materials, equipment, tools, and spare parts for field-service activities.
• Support receiving, storage, issuance, dispatch, and delivery processes.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments and track delivery progress.
• Prepare and verify packing lists, delivery notes, shipment documents, and records.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement information and material traceability.
• Coordinate with warehouses, procurement, suppliers, transporters, and field teams.
• Assist with stock counts, replenishment, discrepancy resolution, and logistics improvements.
Requirements :
• At least two years of logistics or warehouse experience.
• Qualification in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of warehousing, inventory control, shipment coordination, and material movement.
• WMS/ERP experience and Microsoft Excel skills are advantageous.
• Strong organization, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
