Bin Hindi Motors invites applications for the post of Delivery Coordinator (Div: Bin Hindi Motors - Light Vehicle)
Job Overview:
To coordinate and ensure a smooth, timely, and professional vehicle delivery process by coordinating vehicle preparation, registration, insurance documentation, customer handover, and post-delivery follow-up. The role is responsible for ensuring that vehicles are ready for delivery, all required documentation is complete and accurate, customer requirements are addressed, customer satisfaction and all activities are carried out in compliance with company procedures and applicable requirements.
Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Automotive or related field (preferred).
Experience
2-3 years of relevant experience in vehicle delivery, automotive sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
Previous experience in an automotive dealership environment is preferred.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of light vehicles, vehicle features, specifications, accessories, and basic operating functions.
Good knowledge of vehicle registration and insurance procedures in Bahrain.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills, with good command of spoken and written English.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and external parties.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications & relevant online registration/insurance portals.
Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established procedures and controls.
Courteous, honest, professional, and customer oriented.
Confident, self-motivated & able to work independently and effectively within a team.
Strong rapport-building skills to foster long-term client relationships.
Holder of a valid driving license, supporting field sales activities.
