Nair Systems is currently looking for Transaction Banking IT Project Manager for our Qatar operations
Experience Required
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in banking technology project management.
• Strong exposure to transaction banking, digital banking, and migration programs.
• Prior experience managing large-scale implementation or migration projects in banking is preferred.

• Experienced Transaction Banking Project Manager with 10–15 years of progressive experience in managing complex banking technology and digital transformation projects. Strong background in transaction banking platforms, including OBDX and related corporate banking systems, with solid Business Analyst knowledge across transaction banking products, channels, and operational processes.
• Proven experience in managing legacy system migration to new digital platforms, including data migration strategy, migration planning, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and post-migration stabilization. Sound understanding of digital migration, system integration, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and end-to-end project delivery within banking environments.
• Certified PMP Project Manager with strong knowledge of project governance, planning, budgeting, risk management, issue resolution, change control, and senior stakeholder reporting. Skilled in working with business, technology, operations, compliance, and vendor teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
